Welcome to our webinar on 'From Data to Insight: Understanding and Interpreting Metrics.' This webinar is designed to introduce key concepts and methods for understanding and interpreting DE&I metrics. Participants at all levels will have the opportunity to gain new perspectives and insights.

Purpose of the Webinar

Data-driven decision-making within Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) increases transparency, tracks progress, and identifies key areas for action. This webinar highlights why it is helpful to collect and analyze DE&I data and shows how to draw insights from it.

Your Facilitators

This webinar will be facilitated by Jérémie Fleury and Raphael Summermatter, who will guide you through the session. Both are members of the Competence Center for Diversity & Inclusion (CCDI) at the University of St. Gallen. Raphael focuses on pay equity and diversity benchmarking, while Jérémie specializes in the HSG Diversity Benchmarking and collaborates on various company projects.
