Research at the Competence Center for Diversity, Disability and Inclusion

As an internationally networked business university, we conduct impact-orientated cutting-edge research that deals with fundamental social, economic, and entrepreneurial phenomena. We endeavour to contribute positively to society by finding solutions to fundamental issues relating to diversity, equality and inclusion.

The Competence Center for Diversity, Disability and Inclusion conducts academic and applied research in a wide range of research areas.

Applied Research

The CCDI carries out the HSG Diversity Benchmarking, which provides insights from human resources for various Swiss industries, including a report for consulting firms for the first time in 2022. In a project that ends in 2023, the CCDI and the UND Office are developing indicators on work-life balance. The annual Gender Intelligence Report, which was initiated by the CCDI for ADVANCE Women, has been providing industry-specific analyses and guidance for talent management since 2022, with 100 companies participating. CCDI members also contribute to publications on diversity and leadership.
