With a diverse and inclusive culture, companies can become more innovative and economically successful. Where does your company stand? Would you like to improve your performance with targeted measures?
But can a culture of inclusion be measured and can effective measures be derived from it?
As a competence centre for diversity and inclusion at the Research Centre for International Management at the University of St.Gallen, we use qualitative and quantitative methods, state-of-the-art analysis techniques and forecasting tools to measure diversity and inclusion in companies.
We often start by analysing your human resources data, which you send us - anonymised (of course) via a secure connection. The analyses are based on the relevant diversity dimensions (age, gender, origin, language, etc.). This usually indicates which groups might feel better or less well integrated.
The combination of objective facts and subjective employee assessments gives you a comprehensive picture of your company on D&I-relevant topics. This enables you to take the most effective measures to increase the feeling of belonging and appreciation and to position yourself as an attractive employer.
Your information will be treated confidentially and will not be used for other purposes. Our approach complies with current data protection legislation.
You provide us with your anonymised data, which we evaluate in a first step. You give us feedback on the employee survey questionnaire. You support the distribution of the survey and/or the organisation of focus groups and interviews.
The costs depend on the work involved. We will happily provide you with a customised quote after an initial consultation.
