Equal Pay Analysis

Equal Pay Analysis: Ensuring Fair Compensation and Employee Satisfaction

Our equal pay analysis helps your organization to determine whether the employee compensation is fair and unbiased. If the results of this analysis fall within the official federal threshold of 5%, you will be awarded the "We Pay Fair" label by the University of St.Gallen. This allows you to present yourself as an attractive employer for current and potential employees.

In addition, CCDI can provide you with expert insight on how to improve and progress towards equal pay.

Are you sure that there are no unexplained pay differences in your organisation?

Equal pay analyses benefit employees and companies alike. By conducting an equal pay analysis, your company strengthens its reputation as an attractive employer while ensuring fair treatment for employees. Additionally, any company bidding for public procurement contracts in Switzerland must provide proof the absence of potential pay discrimination in their organisation.

Our experts will advise you on your challenges and work with you to find the best support.

Who benefits from an equal pay analysis?

An equal pay analysis helps you to:

  • Ensure equal pay for work of equal value.
  • Strengthen your reputation as a fair and attractive employer, now and in the future.
  • Maintain eligibility for public procurement contracts.

Since 1st of July 2020, companies in Switzerland with more than 100 employees are required to conduct an equal pay analysis. Additionally, the EU Pay Transparency Directive is introducing stricter regulations to ensure fair compensation and accountability across organizations. How can CCDI help you get started?

Our Logib-based analysis provides a detailed and comprehensive overview of equal pay for women and men in your company. It identifies potential inequalities, provides relevant key insights, and (depending on the selected analysis) offers specific recommendations to implement fair pay standards. Companies with an unexplained pay difference of less than 5% receive the "We Pay Fair" label – a sign of your commitment as a fair and attractive company. The equal pay analysis is suitable for companies with 100 or more employees.

We offer a wide range of services related to equal pay analysis, from in-depth analyses to tailored coaching on specific equal pay questions within your organization. Our coaching sessions can include reviewing and explaining your results, interpreting the numbers, or supporting you in preparing your data for analysis. Data processing & requirements

To ensure secure data transfer, we will set up an account for you (or the person responsible for providing the data) on the University of St.Gallen SharePoint, where you can upload the data. You will receive an email with the link to your individual folder as soon as the data transfer is ready.

Once you have provided us with your company's data, we will review it for inconsistencies with the data requirements. Once the data check is complete, the analyses will be performed and the results will be uploaded to your dashboard.
