Pro Access enables you to gain a deep understanding of your organisation's diversity metrics. There are five dashboards available: Workforce Diversity, Recruitment, Retention, Promotions and My Dashboard. By default, the dashboard displays key indicators such as age, education, employment percentage, gender, language and nationality. You can use the search panel to perform specific analyses, such as which age group receives the most promotions or whether there are gender differences in promotions. You can also select hierarchy levels, such as junior and senior management, to analyse trends.
