If your result is within the tolerance value of 5% (official federal value), you will receive the "We Pay Fair" certificate of the University of St.Gallen. In addition, our Logib workshops are recognized by the Swiss government. Get expert advice from a team with over 20 years of experience in the field of Diversity & Inclusion.
Salary analyses benefit employees and companies alike. By conducting a salary analysis, your company can position itself as an attractive employer for new potential employees and ensure that current employees feel fairly treated. Additionally, any company bidding for public service contracts in Switzerland must provide proof that there is no wage discrimination in their organisation.

From Logib training courses for HR statistic specialists to salary analysis with comprehensive coaching. As experts in this field, we offer the following salary analysis services-
The federal government provides the equal pay tool "Logib" for wage analysis. Logib can be used by all Swiss companies. However, it only partially takes into account the pay functions of individual companies. Data can be fed into the tool within a day with a litlle practice. However, there are stumbling blocks that are not obvious at first glance, and interpreting the data is not always easy. We are an official partner of the federal government and offer one-day Logib training courses. Take part in a training course and prepare yourself to use the wage analysis tool correctly in the future without assistance.
Perhaps you have already entered your personnel data in Logib. Now do you know what to do with the results? We analyse your data and results in detail. We discuss them with you. We answer questions such as
Leave the pay analysis to the experts. We take your raw HR data and perform the entire analysis - without using your internal resources. You will receive a report with information on the methodology, your results and an interpretation, as well as graphs of your data from different perspectives. You will also receive specific recommendations for action.
More than just Logib: In addition to the official Logib result, you will gain an insight into the extent to which personal and professional characteristics impact salary. We also include characteristics such as marital status and nationality to uncover additional potential for discrimination.
The "We Pay Fair" label is included if your result is below the 5% tolerance threshold.
Do you suspect that certain groups of employees are distorting your salary analysis? The Logib result is based on average analyses and can "hide", for example, pay discrimination against women in one department with pay discrimination against men in another department. We will find out if this is the case in your organisation and answer questions such as:
Would you like to go a step further after conducting the salary analysis? Even if your employees are being paid fairly, you may not yet be fully exploiting their potential. Perhaps there are individuals who, based on their training, could occupy a higher position than their current employment? We will indicate the individuals who stand out according to your data structure and who you should take another look at.
Equal pay can be analysed using a variety of methods. We address which method is appropriate in your situation and apply different statistical models that analyse your data without skewing the results. In this way, distortions caused by outlier wages can be avoided.
