Dr. Nora Keller is a senior researcher at the Competence Centre for Diversity, Disability & Inclusion (CCDI). At CCDI, she co-leads qualitative research and consulting projects and is co-responsible for the conceptualization, data analysis, writing and editing of the annual Gender Intelligence Report. Nora Keller received a Ph.D. in Political Science from Columbia University, where she also completed her Master’s degree. In her dissertation, she used insights from business scholarship to understand organizational development and strategic innovation in non-state organizations during civil wars.
