Florentina Mender is a project manager at the Competence Center for Diversity, Disability and Inclusion (CCDI) at the University of St. Gallen. As program manager for workshops, trainings and lectures, she is the central contact person for clients and develops practice-oriented formats, including e-learning offerings.
With a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Zurich (UZH) and a Master's degree in Political Science and Gender Studies from the University of Basel (UNIBAS), she brings in-depth academic expertise in the areas of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. A study abroad program at the University of California, Berkeley enables her to integrate international perspectives and current global debates into her work.
She has successfully applied and deepened her expertise in strategic communications consulting and as DE&I Campaign Coordinator before joining the team at the CCDI.
