The CCDI carries out the HSG Diversity Benchmarking, which provides insights from human resources for various Swiss industries, including a report for consulting firms for the first time in 2022. In a project that ends in 2023, the CCDI and the UND Office are developing indicators on work-life balance. The annual Gender Intelligence Report, initiated by the CCDI for ADVANCE Women, has been providing industry-specific analyses and guidance for talent management since 2022, with 100 companies participating. CCDI members also contribute to publications on diversity and leadership.
