Regardless of which package you choose, we strongly recommend attending the kick-off session. As well as getting to know one another and sharing expectations, we will introduce an analytical model that will enable you to systematically expand your scope for action across a wide range of contexts. By exploring different perspectives on various challenges (e.g. difficult leadership situations, conflict, resistance, etc.), you will enrich your toolkit with additional guiding questions and practical tools. This will help you to identify potential solutions that you may have previously overlooked.

This session gives team members a clear, realistic orientation on what AI can (and cannot) do today, what is likely to matter next, and how to think about using it responsibly in everyday work. Participants will get a practical overview of where AI typically creates value in team workflows, where risks and biases can appear, and what simple “sanity checks” help spot issues early. They will also see a handful of common use cases and lightweight ways to define what “good” looks like without overengineering. Takeaways include a concise team-facing AI landscape brief and an “Adoption First” starter checklist for experimenting safely and effectively.

For many people, starting a family remains a key life goal, even though family models continue to evolve. However, not everyone is able to realise this aspiration, often due to a lack of knowledge regarding fertility. This expert input explores the realistic contribution organisations can make to supporting employees’ career development and family planning – and how this, in turn, impacts employer attractiveness.
This programme is designed for individuals engaged with questions relating to:
in particular HR- and DE&I professionals, professionals from other functional areas, or leaders with at least two years of professional experience and a basic understanding of DE&I. Where required, missing foundational DE&I knowledge can be acquired through the e-learning modules at the beginning of the programme.
Our programme offers three levels of intensity. This allows you to decide how deeply you want to dive in and what development steps you want to take. The available packages differ in scope of exchange, support, and practical integration, ranging from a compact foundation to comprehensive transfer support.
Thanks to this modular structure, you can choose the exact format that aligns with your needs and time constraints, without any unnecessary complexity or hidden limitations.
