Hybrid Collaboration in Teams

Effective hybrid collaboration: Clear team rules for more structure and cohesion

Flexible working models allow employees to better adapt their work to their personal needs such as commuting time, period of concentration, or private appointments. However, team collaboration can also be difficult if team members work in different locations and at different times. In order to continue working together efficiently and effectively in a hybrid working context and to maintain team cohesion, clear team rules for flexible collaboration are required. However, these rules should not be centrally prescribed, but rather developed in the context of a targeted team exchange in order to optimally address the individual needs of the team members and the team as a whole. This workshop helps teams to shape, agree on, and implement tailored collaboration principles.

Key Facts:

  • The team receives scientific overview of the advantages and disadvantages of flexible teamwork.
  • The team is encouraged to engage in a structured discussion about individual needs and goals related to flexible work.
  • The team is supported in defining team rules for flexible collaboration and encouraged to document these rules at the end of the workshop.
  • The team receives suggestions for the practical implementation of these rules in everyday work life.
