Inclusion of People with Disabilities

Tailored solutions for the inclusion of people with disabilities in the primary labour market

More than 20% of the Swiss population lives with a disability – whether visible or invisible. Many are already active in the primary labour market or would like to actively participate in it. They represent a valuable talent pool that companies should integrate more closely, not only out of social responsibility but also out of economic interest.

Inclusion opens the door to a diverse range of talent, promotes innovation, and strengthens workplace culture. However, true inclusion does not happen on its own – it requires dialogue, structural change, and targeted measures.

Based on many years of experience in research and consulting on the inclusion of people with disabilities, we support organisations in becoming more inclusive. Our offer includes various modules and is tailored precisely to your needs:

  • Employee surveys and evaluations – provide valuable insights into how your employees experience inclusion;
  • Tailored projects, e.g., designing inclusive HR practices – enable you to implement evidence-based measures in your company;
  • Individual recommendations for action – quick wins and one-on-one coaching for more inclusion in your company;
  • Training & workshops – deliver practical knowledge on inclusion, accessibility, and equal opportunities;
  • Digital tools –offer anonymous support and information when and where it’s needed.

Our project Inclusion Champions Switzerland shows how we have worked together with four Swiss companies – ABB, Hitachi Energy, Novartis and Swiss Post – to achieve tangible progress in the inclusion of people with disabilities. Find out more about the project here (german).

Would you also like to promote inclusion in your company with professional support?

We look forward to hearing from you!

I am at your disposal if you have any questions or would like advice.
