Measurement and evaluation

Measurement and evaluation: Making inclusion visible and measurable

A successful Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) strategy is not only built on good intentions, but also on sound data and precise analysis. Measurement and evaluation are essential building blocks for understanding how inclusion measures are perceived and what impact they have within the company — allowing for targeted optimization and long-term progress.

With our scientifically grounded survey and analysis tools, we help companies gain deeper insights into how their employees experience inclusion. Our methods allow for a detailed examination of patterns, challenges, and potentials within the corporate culture.

A central component of our work is measuring inclusion from employees’ perspective. This is based on the St. Gallen Inclusion Index, a proven tool for capturing four key dimensions of inclusion: authenticity, belonging, diversity of perspectives, and equal opportunities. It provides companies with a solid data foundation for identifying strengths and areas for improvement in their DE&I strategy.

In addition to standardised surveys, we offer customised employee surveys tailored to the specific needs and structures of each company. These can be complemented by qualitative stakeholder interviews to obtain an even more comprehensive understanding of the culture of inclusion and internal dynamics.

Our analyses go beyond basic metrics and mean comparisons. Using in-depth statistical evaluations and modern analytical methods, we can identify cause-and-effect relationships and complex dynamics that help companies to derive targeted measures and monitor the long-term impact of their DE&I initiatives.

Whether you need to assess the current state, evaluate the success of existing measures, or provide a basis for strategic decisions –our measurement and evaluation tools provide data-driven insights to make inclusion sustainable and effective.
