Virtual and Hybrid Leadership

Successfully shaping new forms of work: Leading between technology, inclusion, and work-life balance

New forms of work, new technologies and flexible working models have confronted managers and teams with many new challenges in recent years. For example, the boundary between work and private life can become blurred. Team members see each other online more often than in person. The demands on employees to use new technologies are increasing. On the other hand, more flexibility can optimise work processes and enable a better work-life balance. New technologies facilitate the inclusion – for neurodiverse people, people with disabilities, and people with chronic illnesses. We support mangers in seizing the opportunities of the new world of work and mastering the challenges.
