Team Job Crafting

Strength-based work: Recognising potential, jointly shaping team goals

Designing work tasks and job profiles based on individual strengths is essential to make the best use of employees' capabilities. However, in the day-to-day work it is often not possible to fully implement this approach for every team member at all times. Our team job crafting workshop is designed to support leaders and their teams to jointly identify and actively shape as much crafting potential as possible. We encourage open dialogue among team members about their strengths and aspirations, and how they can best contribute to achieving team goals.

Key facts:

  • You will learn how to better identify, reflect on, and purposefully apply your work-related strengths and aspirations.
  • You will receive preparatory material to ahead of the workshop to help you identify your personal strengths and preferences.
  • In a one-day workshop, you and your colleagues will discuss how to leverage both your own and your team's strengths to achieve your team goals.
  • Together, you will not only address your team's performance goals, but also focus on team culture and collaboration.
