Become a Partner

Companies with a strong commitment to the strategic promotion of diversity, equity & inclusion can invest in a two-, three- or five-year partnership with CCDI.

In this win-win cooperation, you as a partner company benefit from a customised service package from the CCDI's entire range of services for a defined period of time and at the same time invest in the further development of the competence centre. With such a partnership, you send a strong and positive signal that your company takes its social responsibility seriously in terms of equal opportunities and creating an inclusive culture within the organisation and in wider society.

Leaders for Equality

Achieving gender equality is an organisational development process. And gender equality needs men - more precisely: male leaders.

We research how male leaders are involved in gender equality issues and how they can actively shape gender equality.

We support companies and administrations in getting managers excited about gender equality. Leaders seize opportunities - with our toolbox and through our advisory services. Tap the potential of male managers for your gender equality work and thus increase the proportion of women in management positions!

Disclosure of partnerships and donations

The following projects of the CCDI have in 2025 a volume exceeding CHF 50,000:

  • In cooperation with Merck Switzerland, the CCDI is developing a white paper on fertility treatments and family planning in Switzerland (project period: September 2024 - February 2025).
  • The Federal Office for Gender Equality FOGE supports the HSG Diversity Benchmarking with financial aid in accordance with the Gender Equality Act.
  • We conduct a diary study of apprentices at Barmer Health Insurance to identify critical inclusion and exclusion incidents that occur during the first few months in the organisation. Insights from this study will be used to improve the onboarding process to foster an inclusive onboarding experience and to reduce turnover intention.
  • KfW Development Bank aims to become a more inclusive employer for people with disabilities. Through qualitative interview and best-practice research we will develop recommendations and guidelines with regard to accessible business travel, disability disclosure at work, and inclusive career management.
  • The SNF grant is to foster our research on time-spatial flexibility at work. Specifically, we scrutinise the emergence and impact of team-based rules that regulate the use of time-spatial flexibility.
