In today’s fast-paced world, marked by increasing competition and digital transformation, the pressures on both managers and employees are constantly growing. Although managers are aware of this, they often lack specific knowledge about how to proactively promote the (mental) health of employees and to intervene appropriately when illness occurs.
In this workshop, participants will learn about the key challenges and design dimensions of a health-focused leadership approach. We follow an interdisciplinary approach that combines insights from medicine, psychology, and business administration, and brings them together in a well-founded and practice-based leadership training programme.
