At the CCDI, we investigate how diversity and inclusion function within the corporate environment and which working conditions, processes, and behaviours shape the management of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Our focus is on understanding how individuals experience diversity in the workplace and which factors – such as proactive behaviour, leadership, organizational climate, or HR processes – promote authenticity and belonging.
Another key research focus is New Work. Specifically, we investigate the impact of flexible and hy-brid working on employee health and inclusion. We are interested in how work should be designed so that employees remain productive, healthy, and engaged in the long term.
Moreover, we explore approaches to healthy leadership, the impact of labelling and stigma process-es, and the promotion of mental health in the workplace.
