Our advisory services help you identify where talent may be disadvantaged or unconsciously excluded in recruitment, promotion or performance and potential evaluations. Through an independent gap analysis, we highlight opportunities to foster fairness, transparency, and sustainable talent development.
We don’t just evaluate existing process documentation – we also incorporate the perspectives of leadership and HR professionals to assess how processes are actually applied in practice and where improvements can be made.
✓ Review and adaptation of core HR processes along the employee lifecycle
✓ Evaluation based on documents and interviews to capture lived experience
✓ Modelling of an inclusive target process, grounded in scientific research and including clear recommendations
✓ Sounding and feedback calls with key stakeholders
✓ Optional: Workshop with HR BPs and managers to embed the results
Unconscious biases shape decisions – often without us realising. In our HR Awareness Training, participants gain an evidence-based understanding of how such patterns arise and affect our actions. They reflect on their own stereotypes, role expectations and decision-making habits and learn how to navigate critical moments in recruitment and promotion contexts with greater awareness.
The training focuses on applicable knowledge, reflection and practical strategies to adjust behaviour in day-to-day HR work.
