Our DE&I Standard Analyses help you identify the strengths and areas for development within your organisation. The results provide an objective basis for informed decisions to promote equal opportunities, diversity, and inclusion – practical, comparable and strategically applicable.
Diversity Works is your platform for these evidence-based analyses, developed with the expertise of the CCDI team. Building on these insights, you benefit from our consulting services and many years of experience in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Here, you will find all the tools you need to measure and further develop DE&I – from HSG Diversity Benchmarking to Incluscope and Equal Pay Analysis.
Via our interactive Diversity Works platform, you can book and use the following analyses:
The HSG Diversity Benchmarking is the largest DE&I benchmarking initiative in Switzerland. It provides a comprehensive analysis of the diversity of your workforce and key HR processes – from recruitment and retention to promotion. The results can be benchmarked against industry averages, peers within your sector, and the full sample of participating organisations.
In addition to HSG Diversity Benchmarking, we also offer:
With Incluscope, you can measure the lived inclusion climate in your organisation through a dedicated survey and gather diversity dimensions that cannot be analysed via HR data. Based on the scientifically validated St. Gallen Inclusion Index (SGII), key dimensions such as belonging, authenticity, equal opportunity, and diversity of perspectives are assessed. The analysis can be expanded to include modules such as leadership, working conditions or mental health. Organisations gain insights into how employees experience inclusion – at the organisational level, compared to peers, and on an individual level.
Our Logib-based Equal Pay Analysis, supported by our expert consulting, enables you to assess pay equity in your organisation with regard to potential gender-based pay gaps. The analysis follows the official federal guidelines and meets the requirements for public procurement. Organisations whose pay practices fall within the defined tolerance range receive the “We Pay Fair” label, awarded by the University of St. Gallen.
Our packages combine a range of DE&I analyses to provide a comprehensive overview. The carefully coordinated measurements follow a mixed-methods approach, integrating both quantitative and qualitative perspectives. This gives you a well-rounded picture of your organisation and a strong foundation for driving change. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to further develop existing DE&I initiatives – we offer the right package to support you.
