Expert input & exchange is a format organised by the CCDI for HR and DE&I professionals from various industries – from pharmaceuticals to banking and insurance to public administration.
In a compact, practical setting, participants spend half a day reflecting on current challenges in their everyday work. Using the method of collegial counselling, an in-depth exchange about specific cases takes place, leading to actionable solutions and benefiting from the knowledge and experience of all.
In addition to professional input, the format also offers a valuable opportunity for networking and mutual learning.
What is collegial counselling?
Collegial counselling is a structured format in which specialists and managers support each other in specific professional challenges. The focus is on a real case from the practice of one of the participants. Through targeted questions, different perspectives and joint reflection, the group helps to develop new approaches to solutions and expand their own scope of action.
The process follows a clear structure: one person describes their case, the others ask questions to clarify their understanding, before ideas, experiences and possible courses of action are collected together. At the end, the person presenting the case decides which ideas they want to take away with them.
