Inclusion Nuggets

The inclusion of people with disabilities or from other minorities is often perceived as extra work and a challenge for managers and team members:

We provide managers with short, accessible activities designed to be integrated into team meetings to help them overcome these challenges.

• You are free to choose whether, when and which activities you want to use.
• The content is suitable for all teams, regardless of professional background or educational level. You will receive a brief introductory training session on how to use the ‘inclusion nuggets’ effectively.
• The inclusion nuggets are designed to be suitable for all levels of education and training.
