Incluscope

Incluscope - Making inclusion visible and measurable

To measure inclusion, we use the tool Incluscope, which was developed in cooperation with HMS AG. This is a scientifically based instrument for assessing the inclusion climate and relevant diversity factors in organisations. The tool is based on the St. Gallen Inclusion Index (SGII) and, if desired, enables an extended analysis of additional aspects such as leadership, work resources, stress and organisational framework conditions. The results help to identify specific areas for action and derive measures to promote inclusion.

Your advantages with Incluscope:

  • Measuring inclusion along the dimensions of belonging, authenticity, equal opportunities and diversity of perspectives
  • Individual feedback for employees, overall evaluation for the company, business units and teams
  • Expandable with modules on leadership, working conditions and human capital impact
  • Clearly visualised results (e.g. traffic light colours, cloverleaf, inclusion matrix)

Inclusion Measurements

We offer inclusion measurements based on the St.Gallen Inclusion Index in various formats. With ‘Incluscope Medium’ with or without webinars, you can choose between two standardised inclusion measurement packages. We also offer a customisable version.
