Work-Life Compatibility Monitoring

Balancing work, family, and other areas of life is more than just a competitive advantage

Companies that actively promote work-life balance not only gain a strategic advantage in terms of their attractiveness as an employer, but also benefit from more satisfied employees, increased productivity and reduced turnover. Through this promotion companies fulfill their social responsibility and foster a positive corporate culture, which has a long-term beneficial effect on their image.

Do you know how well-positioned you are? What measures are you implementing and are you measuring their impact?

Compatibility monitoring - your strategic basis for effective measures

With the help of objective key figures, compatibility monitoring creates a strategic basis for defining fields of action and goals concerning compatibility. The analysis not only offers organisations an analysis of compatibility, but also enables a comparison (with other relevant data) between companies, providing participating organisations with clear indications of where they can start in terms of compatibility.

Our approach is based on the analysis of anonymised personal data and can therefore be implemented efficiently and with little effort on the part of the company compared to an employee survey. Based on the results, you can work with experts to derive customised goals and measures to sustainably improve the balance between work and other areas of your employees' lives.

Regular compatibility monitoring also makes it possible to check the impact of interventions. In this way, you can ensure that your organisation remains on the right course and that reconciliation is strategically anchored.

What does the work-life compatibility monitoring analyse? A selection of the most important key figures:

Flexibility in terms of workload: How flexible are the employment levels? Can they be increased or reduced depending on the phase of life? Who uses this flexibility?
Flexible working models: What models does your company offer compared to other organisations?
Part-time and leadership: How diverse are the levels of employment in management positions? Which employee groups benefit from this?
Ratio of offered flexibility to new hires: How flexibly do you advertise your vacancies? In what capacities do you hire new employees?

Work-life compatibility services offered: What does your company already offer? How does your organisation compare to others?
