From 14 to 18 September 2026, the Diversity & Inclusion Week will take place under the guiding theme:

Celebrating 10 Years of St.Gallen Diversity & Inclusion Week

For this anniversary, talks and workshops will reflect on the triad of past, present, and future. Keynotes will reflect on the past decade of development of Diversity & Inclusion in research and organisational context. Workshops will address the current state of knowledge and practice within organisations to mitigate existing areas of tension. Last, the conference will conclude with conversations regarding future implications for the research area and organisations.

Programme 2026

Across a series of online sessions held throughout the week, the central theme will be explored from a variety of perspectives. All online sessions will be offered bilingually in German and English, with simultaneous interpretation provided.

This year’s programme will once again include an in-person conference day (Tuesday, 15 September), featuring thought-provoking keynote sessions as well as a selection of practice-oriented workshops. Naturally, there will also be ample opportunity for exchange, discussion, and networking.

While participation in the on-site conference is subject to a fee, all online sessions will be offered free of charge.
