Emma Lembcke is a Research Assistant at the Competence Center for Diversity, Disability, and Inclusion (CCDI) at the University of St. Gallen. She is involved in developing training programs and practice-oriented tools and contributes to research projects on topics such as inclusive leadership, inclusive career development, accessible work practices, and fostering inclusion in digital and hybrid work environments.
With a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) and the upcoming completion of her part-time Master's degree in the same field, she combines expertise in Work and Organizational Psychology with practical experience in advisory roles.
In addition, she has extensive experience in youth work and quality management.
