"We Participate" Label

Das Competence Center for Diversity, Disability and Inclusion (CCDI) bedankt sich herzlich für Ihre Teilnahme am HSG Diversity Benchmarking!

Wir freuen uns, Ihnen das Label „We Participate“ zu überreichen, mit dem Sie ab sofort das Engagement Ihrer Organisation für Diversity, Equity und Inclusion zeigen können. Mit der Teilnahme am HSG Diversity Benchmarking und der Verwendung des Labels positionieren Sie sich als Arbeitgeber, der DE&I wertschätzt und sich dafür einsetzt, Transparenz zu schaffen und Verbesserungspotenziale zu erkennen.

 

Richtlinien für die Kommunikation

Wir würden uns freuen, wenn Sie dies über Ihre Kanäle kommunizieren. Bitte beachten Sie die folgenden Richtlinien:

  • Das Label sollte auf einem hellen Hintergrund platziert werden.
  • Form und Farbe des Labels dürfen nicht verändert werden.
  • Wenn das Label im Text erwähnt wird, muss die „Universität St. Gallen“ genannt werden (z.B. wir haben das Label „We Participate“ der Universität St.Gallen erhalten).

HSG Diversity Benchmarking "We Participate 2026"

 

The Competence Center for Diversity, Disability and Inclusion (CCDI) would like to thank you for your participation in the HSG Diversity Benchmarking!

We are delighted to share with you the label “We Participate”, which you can now use to show your commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in your organisation. By participating in the HSG Diversity Benchmarking and using the label, you can position yourself as an employer that values DE&I and is committed to create transparency and recognise the potential for improvement.

 

Communication Guidelines

We would be pleased if you communicate this on your channels. Please follow the guidelines below when communicating:

  • The label is placed on bright background.
  • The label may not be changed in its shape and color.
  • If the label is mentioned in text form, ”University of St. Gallen“ must be mentioned (e.g. we received the label ”We Participate“ from the University of St.Gallen).
